  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Certain items like custom-stitched or tailored sarees are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged during delivery.
